ADDITIONAL TIPS:
1) THIS IS A REPORT NOT AN ESSAY. A PROPOSAL SHOULD BE DONE BEFORE THE REPORT AS IT
NEEDS TO BE APPROVED.
2) BE CLEAR WITH TOPIC, IT CAN BE LOCAL LEVEL. CHANGE SHOULD BE AT MY LEVEL AS A NURSE IN
THE EARLY STAGE OF HER CAREER NOT MANAGERIAL.
3) CHOOSE A CHANGE MODLE TO USE. BE FAMILIAR WITH CHOSEN TOPIC TO MAKE WRITING
EASIER.
4) IT CAN BE DEVELOPMENTAL OR TRANSITIONAL CHANGE. THIS MUST REFLECT IN THE MATRIX AND
ADDRESS EVERY AREA OF THE ASSIGNMENT GUIDE.
5) GATHER REPORTS WITH FINDINGS AND ANALYSE THEM AND HAVE DATA THAT SHOWS WHY THE
CHANGE IS BEING PROPOSED.
6) LOOK THROUGH LITERATURE AND REFERENCE WHERE DATA CAME FROM.
7) DATA SHOULD BE FROM CREDIBLE SOURCES. LIKE DATA BASES & CQC REPORTS, RCN & OTHER
DATA SOURCES

Who (organisation) has tried it and what happened? What do published reports recommend? Explain exactly why the change is necessary. Use data to support the reason for change. Consider the consequences of no change. Remember, you need to fully justify the need for the change. Use this section to address anticipated concerns and/or resistance to drive home the ‘why’ for this change. (you can add more sub-headings e.g. b, c, d, e if needed)
